Anyways time to go for a jog then boxin, yous should do it too, i can be your motivation get off your tooshys and BOX!!!

I don't think that there is fast track to anything, especially to a perfect body.Until you will have a perfect one, you should have a healthy one, by drinking water and making Pilates fitness .My mother does it and she looks better than me even that i'm younger than her.

Well i shouldhope your mother is younger than you too

Anna- thank you for this great inspiration.....I believe the person above is missing the point that many of your clients happen to look like "playboy models", but that doesn't mean you are encouraging everyone to look like that....your advice is helping everyone to take a healthy well-rounded approach to looking THEIR best...whatever that means to them. Thanks again for all the great advise...I will share this with ALL of my girlfriends because it Rocks.

Just what young women need. More fuel to tell them they have to have some playboy bunny look.

lady. you arent doing your generation a favor.

you left out the most important thing any young woman can do for herself.

READ A BOOK..

screw you.

Calay its not about acheiving a play boy bunny look its about being healthy, and exercise and eating properly is the way to do that. its fine to tell fat people to do what makes them happy but ultimately your contributing to their unhealthy life style and poor eating habits which can only lead to an early grave. the tips on here are common sense and Britain wouldnt have the highest obesity rate in Europe if they possessed the same general knowledge as what has been writted on this site. and why wouldnt people want to look and feel their best? the vast majority of people are not born overweight so why eat so uncontrollably and be so inactive that this appears to be the only future a huge percentage of this country has to look forward to??

Your tips cannot be more correct! especially not eating late, becuause your body doesnt need any more calories after about 7. I did that for just two weeks and dropped an access of 5 pounds. I think most of us known this but are too afriad to recognize it until it is written down for us. and stretching i took that from this website.... wow are you ever right, your body feels more aligned. Yoga stretches help alot. Thank you for this i randomly came across this website and im glad i did! keep up with the posts! ana.

First of all, while I may not be asian, I ( and my mother ) have learned alot of things from the asian lifestyles that have helped us to become very healthy.

I just recently moved out of my parents house and have been living off of foods I am ashamed of. While looking online for quick ways to look slim, I came across this article. It has been very insightful and an eye-opener to get me off of the couch and into the gym!! This is just a rave review and I look forward to reading more!!
