HAVE A HEART FOR THE HORSES

Please join the Coalition to Ban Horse-Drawn Carriages to protest the inhumane and unsafe horse-drawn carriage trade.

When: Tuesday, February 14th - Valentine's Day - 6pm to 8pm
Where: north/west corner of Central Park South and Fifth Avenue

Posters and flyers provided. Dress warmly.

Please help us stand up for the horses - come out for one hour or two. Let everyone know that...

We are raising money for the prototype of the electric cars that we hope will replace the carriage horses in New York. This is a win - win - win solution.

The horses will win because they will no longer have to work the dangerous, dirty streets of the city.

The tourists will win because they will be able to tour Central Park in style.

You will win because New York City will have a great attraction that will keep the jobs and help keep the streets clean.

We are kicking off our fund raising effort by announcing our campaign to Give a Gift of Freedom for the Horses this Valentine's Day. People can contribute $25, $35, $50 or more to help the horses run free...away from the noise and traffic of the city.
